WEST COAST IPA | 5.0% ABV
DEAD RECKONING
A truly spectacular India pale ale, made from a tasty trio of Amarillo, Cascade and Mosaic hops
to give it a deep bronze colour, punchy citrus flavours, and a powerful hop character.
Citrus and pine aromas take you away to sun drenched coastal forests. Like golden hour
got poured into your pint—hazy, glowing, and
a bit mysterious.
Taste: Classically bitter with a bold and dry hoppy finish.
NEW ENGLAND IPA | 6.0% ABV
EAST OF EDEN
Our new Outland NEIPA is all about the easy life; brewed with oats and wheat for a smooth, silky feel and golden haze. A trio of Mosaic, Citra and
El Dorado hops are added late in the brew bringing big aromas of juicy mango, pineapple and stone fruit. Full-flavoured, easy-going, and best enjoyed wherever you can see the sea… or at least pretend you can.
Taste: All juice, no drama. Soft, smooth and fruity
STOUT | 4.1% ABV
OUTLAND STOUT
We don’t believe in gatekeeping, so we’ve brewed our own classic draught stout. It hits all the right notes, it just happens to be brewed in Dorset.
Smooth, dark and creamy with a perfect head and exceptional balance from roasted malts and a touch of caramel sweetness.
Taste: Roasted malt, with hints of coffee and chocolate
TROPICAL PALE ALE | 4.3% ABV
MONURIKI
We're manifesting sun drenched shores, whatever the weather. Dive into waves of tropical fruit and bursts of fresh mango flavour with our Outland Tropical Pale Ale. Cascade & Amarillo Hops anchor everything except your dreams of miles of palm trees and white sandy beaches. Experience the best tropical pale ale around for laid-back moments and endless summer vibes.
Taste: Mango fruit and a balanced hop finish
LAGER | 4.0% ABV
PILSNER
Sometimes you don’t need a treasure map—you just need a proper Pilsner. Brewed to celebrate classic Czech lagers with with noble hops and pale
lager malt for that classic bitter bite and bone-dry finish. Light at 4.0%, but heavy on flavour. No frills, no fuss, just brilliantly refreshing beer.
Taste: Sharp, clean, refreshingly bitter with a crisp, dry, finish
CERVEZA ARTESANAL ESPECIAL | 4.4% ABV
ROCA TIERRA
It looks Spanish, tastes Spanish… but it’s as Dorset as a beach hut in a hailstorm. Roca Tierra is our sun-chasing lager - golden, crisp, and full
of Iberian charm. You bring the tapas, we’ll bring the beer. Olé-ish.
Taste: Like your holiday, but more light malt and hop than factor 30 suncream
